Oxfam International, through the Joint Oxfam HIV and AIDS Program in South Africa (JOHAP), and Oxfam Australia (managing Oxfam affiliate for JOHAP) have had the pleasure of working with ON PAR. ON PAR’swork is of a high quality and is carried out in a professional, consultative, creative and informed way. A recent workbook developed for JOHAP by ON PAR has received exceptionally high levels of praise by NGOs, CBOs and donors linked to JOHAP. This is testimony to the excellent work produced by ON PAR.

Thank you so much for the very constructive workshop. I have chatted informally with some of our staff who found it extremely interesting and fun and challenging.

I will never forget the great work ON PAR has done on the Child labour programme, as well as your commitment and patience
(Supt Leon Du Toit, National SAPS)
It was great working with the On Par team conceptualising and designing a training manual on child labour for use by mainly government departments engaged in addressing the elimination of child labour inSouth Africa. Quite challenging tasks - collating all the relevant material, engaging with a range of government departments ensuring alignment with departmental training, the piloting material and the drafting of a training and facilitators manual in a user friendly but well resourced manner within a very short timeframe - and a task well completed by this hardworking, creative and professional team!
(Elna Hirschfeld, National Programme Co-ordinator of the TECL PROGRAME ILO)
As part of the sexual offences training program in relation to the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 32/2007, the NPA were obligated to include social context in our program. Based on their credentials and expertise we contracted On Par Development to develop a prosecutorial specific training module on social context. They also participated in our training program as trainers in 13 decentralised sessions countrywide, in which a total of 406 experienced prosecutors were trained. Not only did they deliver an excellent quality product, which reflects their in-depth knowledge of a sensitive topic, but it was also presented with professionalism tailored with a good understanding of the prosecution-dynamics re sexual offences.
